Our aim is to produce Specialized Beverage Grade Emulsions that are consistently rated superior to our competitors for their Quality and stability. Our Food Scientists, most of who have worked with The Coca- Cola Company and Pepsi Cola International in the past ensure that our products meet the strictest standards and conditions of quality expected by our customers. Our Quality starts at the procurement stage itself. All our raw materials are procured from the most reputed manufacturers in their field and tested before usage. We believe that the best way to maintain the quality of our products is to ensure that most of the production processes are carried out under our personal supervision, following the highest standards of Hygiene and accuracy. In addition we have 3 Quality Control Labs to ensure that all the products are tested for Quality before they leave our factory premises.

Our newly constructed State of Art facilities are located in the industrial estate of Greater , Noida just outside New Delhi city limits.

Emulsion Making and Homogenization

We are currently equipped to handle about 6000 Liters of Emulsion per shift. Our facilities for Emulsion making include four automated Reactor Vessels with automatic temperature control, Settling Tanks, High Speed Clarifiers and APV Gaulin Homogenizers.

HACCP / GMP

All areas of our facilities that handle our dry ingredients/powders are maintained under Air Conditioned and Dehumidified conditions. Our manufacturing facilities are built upon GMP standards. All our equipment is bought from the most reputed manufacturers and made of SS 316 to maintain superior standards of quality and hygiene which are most critical in the food industry.
